Need works for sure Positive: Location is nice Negative: Since I’ve been here, there have been several problems with the apartment first of all the boiler wasn’t working. I had no heating or hot water. I was able to re-pressurize it using the filling loop so it’s now working again, but it would be good if your plumber comes and take a look at it. Secondly the footstool in the bedroom with the pink curtains is broken, I moved it to clean under it and found that the main horizontal support is broken making it dangerous to sit on. The bed in that bedroom has a lot of slats on the base that are being held on my tape, I noticed this because when it sat on the bed, I almost fell through a hole that was due to one of the slats missing. It was just lying on the floor. I also noticed the middle supporting foot on that bed seems to be at an angle which makes me concerned about the support it’s providing and concerned that it may collapse during the night. Finally the level of cleanliness wasn’t great there was hair all about the flat and lots of dirt. When I went to use the Hoover to clean it up, the Hoover itself was completely full of hair and dirt and it was just awful. I’ve never seen a Hoover that bad. I had to clean the Hoover before I could actually clean the flat. You might want to have a word with your cleaning company because it was it was pretty unacceptable and really not in the best.
